Founder, Psychotherapist

Neeka Zarei, MA, LPC

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D) candidate. I graduated from Naropa University with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Buddhist Psychology. Through my training as a therapist, I have learned the art of being still in my discomfort through many silent meditation retreats. As a therapist who is dedicated to helping people, I realized that the art of healing is paradoxical in nature. We can’t heal if we are running away from ourselves and our pains. We need to learn how to approach ourselves in a gentle and kind manner. Facing our pains, our shadows, our traumas, and our skewed paradigms is the way to accessing a new relationship with yourself. Through trauma informed care, and evidenced based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)  and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I can guide you through these challenging spaces within you. I will help you find release and harmony with all parts of yourself (even the scary ones).  I look forward to guiding you through a revolutionary healing journey.

Amanda Smith, MA, LPCc

Hi! I'm Amanda Smith, a nature-based psychotherapist with a Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy degree from Naropa University. My mission is to guide adults and families towards mindful self-awareness, enabling them to navigate life challenges including substance addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting and adoption, and family dynamics.

With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Addiction Specialist and Parent Coach, I integrate a range of trauma-informed therapeutic approaches, encompassing CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), somatic awareness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Training in Infant Mental Health has deepened my understanding of the profound impacts of early life experiences. My heart finds joy in nurturing connections and fostering a sense of community, not only for my clients but also within my own journey.

The path towards healing emerges as we extend compassion to the shadows within us. I offer myself as a companion on your transformative journey. Together, let's explore the terrain of your wholeness, embracing vulnerability and growth along the way.

Dr. Tonya Grieb, PsyD

I believe that all have the ability to heal. If you are struggling with negative thought patterns, interpersonal challenges, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, or trauma based pain, you may feel called to overcome these issues by facing their root causes. Often, there are mental/relational patterns that have become so deeply rooted that we are no longer consciously aware of them. By understanding these patterns and integrating new skills to replace them, they lose their power and healing naturally occurs. Therapy is a safe haven for you to explore this process, learn how to trust your inner voice, and find a deeper and more peaceful sense of self.

I graduated with my doctorate from William James College in May 2023 and am a Pre-Licensed Professional, PsyD. I work from an integrative perspective but my care is always person centered and culturally sensitive. I use the following modalities and tailor each treatment to the client: IFS/parts-work, psychodynamic, interpersonal psychotherapy, Emotion Focused Couples therapy and psychedelic therapy using ketamine. I will also be offering EMDR in the near future.
